Breathe & Burn with me escapes x Wemigo

We’re teaming up for the ultimate feel-good combo: heart-pumping HIIT meets stretchy, mobility-focused yoga, followed by time to connect and chill with the crew.

First, we get sweaty. Then, we slow it down and stretch it out. This fitness class will include a 10min warm up, 25min HIIT block, and finish with a 15min yoga stretch.

Finally, we hang out, share stories, and build community. Come solo or with your Wemigos, either way, you’ll leave feeling strong and part of something good.

Please bring a beach blanket/towel and a swimsuit for a dip in the sea afterwords!
